(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act, the Minister for Education makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations are the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Edusave Pupils Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.

Amendment of Part II of Schedule

2. Part II of the Schedule to the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Edusave Pupils Fund) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting item (15).
