| Workplace Safety and Health (Incident Reporting) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Workplace Safety and Health (Incident Reporting) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2011. |
| Amendment of regulation 2 |
| 2. Regulation 2 of the Workplace Safety and Health (Incident Reporting) Regulations (Rg 3) (referred to in these Regulations as the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting the words “, whether or not it is a workplace specified in the First Schedule to the Act”. |
| Amendment of regulation 7 |
3. Regulation 7 of the principal Regulations is amended —

| Amendment of regulation 10 |
| 4. Regulation 10(2) of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “occupational disease”, the words “specified in the Second Schedule to the Act”. |
| Transitional provision |
| 5. If, before the date of commencement of these Regulations, an employee has been diagnosed as suffering from an occupational disease as defined in section 4(1) of the Act as in force before that date, and the period of time specified in regulation 7(1) or (2) of the principal Regulations to submit a report would expire on or after that date, regulation 7(1) and (2) of the principal Regulations as amended by these Regulations shall have effect as if the Second Schedule of the Act had been in force at the time the period started. |
