Pension Fund (Prescribed Superannuation
Schemes) (Amendment) Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Pension Fund Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Fund (Prescribed Superannuation Schemes) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 31 July 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Pension Fund (Prescribed Superannuation Schemes) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 22, the following item:

Introduction of MediShield Life and additional assistance for officers to pay for MediShield Life premiums.
