(Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Films Act, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 October 2016.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Films (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “Media Development Authority of Singapore established under the Media Development Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 172)” and substituting the word “Authority”.
Amendment of regulation 3
3.  Regulation 3 of the Films (Fees) Regulations is amended by deleting the words “Media Development Authority of Singapore established under the Media Development Authority of Singapore Act” and substituting the word “Authority”.
