(Exemption) (No. 33)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 33) Notification 2018.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “Pick and Win” promotion to be held from 19 July 2018 to 31 August 2018 (both dates inclusive); and

(b)

the “National Day Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Royale Bar^TM (Level B1) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore at 9 p.m. on the following dates:

(i)	9 August 2018;
(ii)	17 August 2018;
(iii)	31 August 2018.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
