SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016
(Commencement) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016, Mr Ong Ye Kung, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills), makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.—(1)  The SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016, except section 71(1)(a) and (2), comes into operation on 3 October 2016.
(2)  Section 71(1)(a) and (2) of the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016 comes into operation on 4 October 2016.
