(Amendment) Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) (Exemption for 3-door Omnibus) (Amendment) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 1 July 2019.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) (Exemption for 3-door Omnibus) Order 2019 (G.N. No. S 323/2019) is amended by inserting, immediately after “77(1)(d)”, the words “and (e)”.
