Private Education (Proscribed Names)
(Amendment) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37(1)(h)(iv) of the Private Education Act, Mr Ong Ye Kung, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills), makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Private Education (Proscribed Names) (Amendment) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 3 October 2016.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Private Education (Proscribed Names) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 630/2009) is amended by deleting the word “Council” and substituting the word “Agency”.
