Customs (Duties)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 24 July 2018.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the words “$1.00 per dal” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2710.19.71, the words “of diesel fuel conforming to the standard for sulphur for such diesel fuel specified in Part 1 of the Eighth Schedule to the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations (Cap. 94A, Rg 6)”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “, other than marine diesel fuel” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2710.19.72 and substituting the words “of diesel fuel conforming to the standard for sulphur for automotive diesel fuel specified in Part 1 of the Eighth Schedule to the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations (as if such diesel fuel were automotive diesel fuel)”.
