(National Parks Board —
Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (National Parks Board — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 8 June 2022.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  In paragraph 1(2) of the Active Mobility (National Parks Board — Exemption) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 442/2020), replace “2 years” with “4 years”.
