(Exemption) (No. 50)
Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 50) Notification 2014.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Royal 3 Pictures Hot Seat” promotion to be held from 16th July 2014 to 7th August 2014 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draws to be held at the Main Casino Floor (B2M) at Marina Bay Sands as part of that promotion at 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. on every Monday to Thursday between 21st July 2014 to 7th August 2014 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
