People’s Association Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3)(b) of the People’s Association Act, the Board of Management of the People’s Association hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the People’s Association Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3) Notification 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st November 1999.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the People’s Association Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 58, the following item:

“58A. Singapore National Co-operative Federation Ltd.”.
