Free Trade Zones Act
(Chapter 114)
Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 9th October 2009.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Item (1) in the First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
“
(1)   PSA Corporation Limited (Tanjong Pagar Terminal and Keppel Terminal)
All that area occupied by “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL AND KEPPEL TERMINAL) — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 1,873,459 square metres and bounded by Telok Blangah Road, Keppel Road, East Coast Parkway, East Lagoon and Keppel Harbour.
The boundary commences at the western-most corner of the aforesaid “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL AND KEPPEL TERMINAL) — FREE TRADE ZONE” which point’s co-ordinates are North 27,288.561 metres and East 26,954.409 metres of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum and runs approximately as follows:
