(Exemption) (No. 41)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 41) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Sands Race — The Championship” promotion to be held from 6 August 2015 to 20 September 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(b)	the “Daily Kiosk Game” to be held from 8.01 p.m. on 17 August 2015 to 8 p.m. on 17 September 2015 at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks within the premises of the casino of Marina Bay Sands as part of that promotion;
(c)	the draws to be held at 8.30 p.m. daily from 17 August 2015 to 17 September 2015 (both dates inclusive) as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands; and
(d)	the “Finale Lucky Draw” to be held at 11 p.m. on 5 September 2015, 18 September 2015, 19 September 2015 and 20 September 2015, respectively, as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
