(Amendment of Third Schedule)
Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955 (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 June 2024.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  In the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act 1955, in the Third Schedule, in item 6, replace “Section 5” with “Sections 5, 7, 11F and 11H”.
