(Exemption) (No. 33)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 33) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Henderson Community Club Tanglin-Cairnhill Active Committee from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Tanglin-Cairnhill Mahjong Tournament 2011” to be held on 18th September 2011 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the multi-purpose hall of Henderson Community Club.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Henderson Community Club Tanglin-Cairnhill Active Committee with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 18th August 2011.
