(Exemption) (No. 51)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 51) Notification 2014.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Tampines North Active Ageing Committee (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Tampines North Active Ageing Mind Games (Mahjong Challenge 2014)”, to be held on 19th July 2014 from 9 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. at the multi‑purpose hall of Tampines North Community Club.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
