Air Navigation
(Regulated Air Cargo Agents)
(Amendment) Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Regulated Air Cargo Agents) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 25th September 2012.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Air Navigation (Regulated Air Cargo Agents) Order (O 8) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “dangerous devices” in the definition of “screening”, the words “or any articles or substances”.
