Environmental Protection and Management
(Trade Effluent) (Amendment)
Regulations 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Management (Trade Effluent) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2011.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3 of the Environmental Protection and Management (Trade Effluent) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the word “licence” wherever it appears in paragraphs (1), (2), (4) and (5) and substituting in each case the words “written permission”; and
(b)	by deleting the word “licensee” in paragraphs (3), (4) and (5)(c) and substituting in each case the words “person to whom a written permission has been granted or renewed”.
