Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act
(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 1 September 2017.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after Part VI, the following Part:

“Part VII

ACTIONS WHICH ALSO CONSTITUTE TERRORIST ACTS
WITH EFFECT FROM 1 SEPTEMBER 2017

Any act or omission constituting an offence under section 4, 5, 6(1), 7(1), 8, 9 or 10 of the Terrorism (Suppression of Misuse of Radioactive Material) Act 2017 (Act 27 of 2017).”.
