Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 20) Notification 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 20) Notification 2007.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Conrad Centennial Singapore from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Conrad Centennial Singapore and Singapore Red Cross Society Year End Fund Raising Event” promotion from 26th November 2007 to 31st December 2007 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 5th January 2008.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Conrad Centennial Singapore with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 14th September 2007.
