Order 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 1 September 2017.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the Note to Part XVII, the following Part:
