Computer Misuse
(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16(2) of the Computer Misuse Act 1993, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Computer Misuse (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Computer Misuse (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 2, replace “section 12A” with “section 16”.
