Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting the name “Mr Peter Ho Hak Ean” in the third column of items 1 and 3 and substituting in each case the name “Mr Peter Ong Boon Kwee”;
(b)by deleting the name “Mr Peter Ong” in the third column of items 1 and 3;
(c)by deleting the name “Mr Peter Ong” in the third column of item 2 and substituting the name “Mr Peter Ong Boon Kwee”;
(d)by deleting the name “Mr Peter Ho Hak Ean” in the third column of item 2;
(e)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Tan Yong Soon” in the third column of item 2, the name “BG (NS) Chee Wee Kiong”;
(f)by deleting the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Mr Benny Lim Siang Hoe”;
(g)by deleting the name “Mr Peter Ong” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon”;
(h)by deleting the name “Ms Chan Lai Fung” in the third column of item 5; and
(i)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Foo Chee Hock” in the third column of item 5, the name “Mr Pang Kin Keong”.
