Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 20th September 2007.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is amended –
(a)by deleting item (1) and substituting the following item:
“PSA Corporation Limited (Tanjong Pagar Terminal, Keppel Terminal and Marina Terminal)
((1))  All that area occupied by “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL, KEPPEL TERMINAL AND MARINA TERMINAL) — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 1,887,731 square metres and bounded by Telok Blangah Road, Keppel Road, East Coast Parkway, East Lagoon and Keppel Harbour. The boundary commences at the western-most corner of the aforesaid “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL, KEPPEL TERMINAL AND MARINA TERMINAL) — FREE TRADE ZONE” which point of commencement is 2,711.3 metres South and 3,045.8 metres West of the Singapore Land Authority’s origin of co-ordinates (30,000 metres North, 30,000 metres East) and the boundary runs approximately as follows:
