Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2010.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Public Service (Personnel Boards) Order (O 3) is amended by deleting the words “6 members” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the words “9 members”.
