(Exemption) (Amendment No. 3)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 464/2018) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “13 July 2018 to 13 August 2018” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the words “3 August 2018 to 6 September 2018”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “6 a.m. on 16 July 2018 to 5.59 a.m. on 13 August 2018” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the words “6 a.m. on 3 August 2018 to 5.59 a.m. on 6 September 2018”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. Paragraph 7 of the Schedule to the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2018 is amended by deleting the words “14 November 2018” and substituting the words “7 December 2018”.
