Business Trusts (Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Business Trusts Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Business Trusts (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 14 August 2018.

Amendment of regulation 24

2. Regulation 24(1) of the Business Trusts Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “in the Third Schedule” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the words “on the Authority’s website at http://www.mas.gov.sg”.

Deletion of Third Schedule

3. The Third Schedule to the Business Trusts Regulations is deleted.
