Securities and Futures (Composition of
Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 14 August 2018.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3(1) of the Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting the words “in the Schedule” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the words “on the Authority’s website at http://www.mas.gov.sg”.

Deletion of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) Regulations is deleted.
