Government Contracts (Authorisation)
(Amendment No. 2)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Government Contracts Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 20 August 2015.
Amendment of Part 2 of First Schedule
2.  Part 2 of the First Schedule to the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 249/2015) (referred to in this Notification as the principal Notification) is amended —
(a)by deleting item 5 and substituting the following item:
“5.Deputy Chief Executive,
National Youth Council
(a)Contracts for goods, services and construction services not exceeding $700,000.
(b)Tenancy Agreements not exceeding $700,000.
(c)Licence Agreements not exceeding $700,000.
(d)Funding Agreements not exceeding $700,000.

(b)by deleting item 7 and substituting the following items:

3.  Part 3 of the First Schedule to the principal Notification is amended by inserting, immediately after item 44, the following items:

Amendment of Part 5 of First Schedule
5.  Part 5 of the First Schedule to the principal Notification is amended —
