(Expressway Traffic) (Amendment)
Rules 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114 and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Expressway Traffic) (Amendment) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 10 October 2016.

Amendment of rule 14

2. Rule 14 of the Road Traffic (Expressway Traffic) Rules (R 23) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “2.6 metres” in paragraph (1)(g) and substituting the words “3 metres”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “2.6 metres” in paragraph (3) and substituting the words “3 metres”.
