| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 1 August 2020. |
| Amendment of rule 9C |
| 2. Rule 9C(2) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules (R 31) is amended by deleting the words “31 July 2020” in sub‑paragraph (c)(i) and (ii) and substituting in each case the words “31 March 2021”. |
