(Amendment No. 2) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Oasis Terraces — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 1

2. Paragraph 1(2) of the Active Mobility (Oasis Terraces — Exemption) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 7/2021) (called in this Order the principal Order) is amended by deleting the words “6 July 2021” and substituting the words “6 January 2022”.

Amendment of paragraph 2

3. Paragraph 2 of the principal Order is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “black line in the map” in the definition of “specified footpath” and substituting the words “black lines in the maps”; and

(b)

by deleting the definition of “specified shared path” and substituting the following definition:

“ “specified shared path” means —

(a)	the part of the shared path specified in item 57 of the Third Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 260/2018), and which is more particularly delineated by the black lines in Map 1 set out in Part 2 of the Schedule; and
(b)	the part of the shared path specified in item 71 of the Third Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018, and which is more particularly delineated by the black line in Map 2 set out in Part 2 of the Schedule.”.

Amendment of paragraph 3

4. Paragraph 3 of the principal Order is amended by deleting “7 p.m.” in sub‑paragraph (c)(ii) and substituting “10 p.m.”.

Deletion and substitution of Schedule

5. The Schedule to the principal Order is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
