(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2012, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2012 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2014.

2. Section 2(b) to (h) of the Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 30th July 2014.
