Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 (1) (b) and (c) of the Residential Property Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Residential Property (Fees) Rules (R 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$300” in item 5 and substituting “$309”;
(b)	by deleting “$430” in item 8 and substituting “$442.90”;
(c)	by deleting “$500” in item 16 and substituting “$515”;
(d)	by deleting “1%” in item 17 (a) and substituting “1.03%”;
(e)	by deleting “$500” in item 17 (b) and substituting “$515”;
(f)	by deleting the words “50 cents” in item 18 and substituting the words “55 cents”; and
(g)	by deleting “$12” in item 19 and substituting “$12.40”.
