(Exemption) (No. 55)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 55) Notification 2016.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Fabulous 4 Baccarat Kiosk Game” promotion to be held from 14 October 2016 to 13 November 2016 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the “Kiosk Game” to be held as part of that promotion at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks within the premises of the casino at Marina Bay Sands from 17 October 2016 to 13 November 2016 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
