(Exemption) (No. 43)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 43) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “F1 Promotion Race to Riches” promotion to be held from 31 August 2015 to 20 September 2015 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale Bar (Casino B1) of Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. at 10.30 p.m. on 5 September 2015, 12 September 2015, 18 September 2015, 19 September 2015 and 20 September 2015, respectively.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
