Pharmacists Registration (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Pharmacists Registration Act, the Pharmacy Board, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1999 and shall come into operation on 19th November 1999.

Amendment of rule 7

2. Rule 7 of the Pharmacists Registration Rules (R 2) (referred to in these Rules as the principal Rules) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$100” in paragraph (2) and substituting “$150”; and
(b)	by deleting “$50” in paragraph (4) and substituting “$60”.

Amendment of rule 9

3. Rule 9 (2) of the principal Rules is amended by deleting “$20” and substituting “$50”.

Amendment of rule 11

4. Rule 11 of the principal Rules is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$50” in paragraph (2) and substituting “$100”; and
(b)	by deleting “$20” in paragraph (3) and substituting “$50”.

Amendment of rule 13

5. Rule 13 of the principal Rules is amended by deleting “$100” and substituting “$200”.
