(Restriction of Speed on Roads)
(Amendment) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 1 July 2020.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. The Fourth Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended by deleting the item relating to “Lornie Road — that part of Lornie Road excluding any part of Lornie Underpass and Sime Underpass.” and substituting the following item:

“Lornie Road — that part of Lornie Road excluding —

(a)	any part of Lornie Underpass and Sime Underpass;
(b)	that part of Lornie Road between lamp post No. P110(R) and lamp post No. P42(R), in the direction towards Braddell Road; and
(c)	that part of Lornie Road between lamp post No. P47(R) and lamp post No. P117(R), in the direction towards Sime Road.”.
