Casino Control
(Conduct of Gaming) (Amendment)
Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 200 of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Casino Control (Conduct of Gaming) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 31st January 2013.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Casino Control (Conduct of Gaming) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 594/2009) is amended by deleting the definition of “chip purchase voucher”.
Amendment of regulation 11
3.  Regulation 11 of the Casino Control (Conduct of Gaming) Regulations 2009 is amended by deleting paragraph (3).
