Residential Property
(Amendment) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (h) of the definition of “residential property” in section 2(1) of the Residential Property Act 1976, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Residential Property (Amendment) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 20 July 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Residential Property Notification (N 7), in the Schedule —

(a)

replace item (1) with —

“(1)	Commercial/Institution”;

(b)

delete items (3), (4) and (5);

(c)

in item (11), delete “and Garden”;

(d)

replace item (16) with —

“(16)

Reserve Site”;

(e)

in item (17), delete “Mass”;

(f)

delete item (18);

(g)

replace item (21) with —

“(21)

Special Use”; and

(h)

after item (24), insert —

“(25)	Business 1 (B1)
(26)	Business 2 (B2)
(27)	Business 1 — White
(28)	Business 2 — White”.
