Planning (Subdivision of Land and Building —
Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Subdivision of Land and Building — Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 17 October 2016.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. The Planning (Subdivision of Land and Building — Authorisation) Notification 2008 (G.N. No. S 500/2008) is amended by deleting the words “$535, inclusive of goods and services tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A)” in the following provisions and substituting in each case “$749”:

Paragraphs 6(j), 7(i) and 8(m).
