(Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 30 June 2022.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In Part 1 of the Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 612/2008), in the second column, after item (k), insert —
“(ka)Monkeypox”.
