Central Provident Fund (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Central Provident Fund Board hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2007.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Central Provident Fund (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “section 58(b), (d) or (e)”, the words “or 58A”.
