Public Entertainments and Meetings
(Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption)
(Revocation) (No. 2) Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16A of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) (Revocation) (No. 2) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 1 September 2015.

Revocation

2. The Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 159/2015) is revoked.
