(Exemption) (No. 57)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 57) Notification 2016.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “November Festive Draws” promotion to be held from 27 October 2016 to 24 November 2016 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale Bar^TM (Level B1) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore in 3 sessions hourly from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. every Thursday from 3 November 2016 to 24 November 2016 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
