Regulation of Imports and Exports
(Amendment) Regulations 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st October 2012.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting item 6 and substituting the following item:

“6. Singapore Manufacturing Federation.”.
