(Community Service Orders) (Amendment)
Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 88 of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Children and Young Persons (Community Service Orders) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 July 2020.

Miscellaneous amendment

2. The Children and Young Persons (Community Service Orders) Regulations 2001 (G.N. No. S 476/2001) are amended by deleting the word “Director” in regulations 4(c) and 9(2)(c) and substituting in each case the word “Director‑General”.
