(Exemption) (No. 10)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 10) Notification 2014.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Paiza Fortune Draw” promotion to be held from 30th January 2014 to 5th February 2014 (both dates inclusive) and the daily draw to be held from 2nd February 2014 to 5th February 2014 (both dates inclusive) at 11 p.m. at the Paiza‑Casino Atrium 2 at Marina Bay Sands.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
