Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 26th October 2007.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 729/2006) is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Jurong West Avenue 4.”, the following item:

“Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway.”.
